Dear Library Patrons, as of October 19th, 2023, the online databases of scholarly literature and other online resources useful in research work, managed by the Jagiellonian Library for the entire Jagiellonian University community, will be available directly from the Main Catalogue, rather than from the dedicated list on the Library website as before.

The reason behind the change is adjustment to the formats of the University portal as well as extending and facilitating access to online content. This new solution will not only enable you to browse and select the needed databases through alphabetical and subject lists, but also to find journals and books within all the databases by title using the universal search window on the Main Catalogue page. 

In the near future, it will be possible to search at the level of individual journal articles and to access their full texts also directly from the Main Catalogue. Moreover, the statistical tools provided in the library system will greatly support making purchases of online resources best suited to your needs.
